My headlight wasn’t working, so I reached out to customer support. They replied the same day and sent a new headlight replacement. The scooter itself is also pretty solid!

I absolutely love this scooter! My car’s been giving me trouble, so I got this to commute to work. It’s been a great solution overall. However, the seat isn’t very comfortable—after about 15 minutes, I’m ready for the ride to end. It also struggles with inclines, but luckily, my route to work is flat. On the bright side, the battery lasts for multiple trips, so overall, it’s a solid purchase!

Very sturdy and runs well. Does drop down in speed going up simple hills in the road, but gets me to work just fine.

I bought this to take some of the fatigue of walking (I am required to cover over five miles per day at work) after an injury, and I have been pleasantly surprised by how well this has worked over the first week of use so far.

The scooter was really easy to assemble. Simple to use, and has a lot of power for the price. It can get you up a hill easily, something that isn’t the case for a lot of other scooters in this price range.
