My Husband and I each got one. They were super easy to put together, and charging took about 6 hours. We've been using them for short rides after work for the past 3 days. The batteries still have about half of their charge left, but we plan to top them up tomorrow.

I absolutely love this scooter! My car’s been giving me trouble, so I got this to commute to work. It’s been a great solution overall. However, the seat isn’t very comfortable—after about 15 minutes, I’m ready for the ride to end. It also struggles with inclines, but luckily, my route to work is flat. On the bright side, the battery lasts for multiple trips, so overall, it’s a solid purchase!

This scooter is exactly what my 13-year-old granddaughter had been dreaming of! It was relatively easy to assemble (though the pictures in the instructions could be better). It’s sturdy with a wide foot base, the seat is a great bonus, and she loves the basket. The adjustable speeds, along with the headlight and taillight, make it even more impressive!

I ordered this E-scooter for myself for Father's day. After a month of using I find it a great little scooter. I live in a small city close to the countryside. It's a great scooter to take out on rural and open roads. I weigh about 180# and this scooter is pretty reliable on gentle or even a moderate grade. Steep grades make it struggle a bit but I have never had it quit on me. The baskets are handy for carrying smaller items. I just use the back basket because I like the feel of firm footing on the scooter floor. If your looking for a great little e-scooter for just getting around town, this is the one for you. It has an advertised twenty mile range which I have not tested, but speeds are accurate. My longest ride so far is nearly 10 miles and I still had 3-4 bars of battery life left. I do believe on level roads without too many steeper grades this scooter would easily cover the 20 range advertised. Barring any unforeseen issues I would buy this item again.

After a few months of searching for the perfect e-scooter for my pup and myself, I came across this scooter. I made the purchase and the adventure began The package arrive looking like a flat screen TV. That was impressive! I started the assembly and ran into a little snag. I was able to find YouTube videos on how to assemble effortlessly. Within 45 minutes, we were plugged in and charging up-preparing for our first ride. I added a towel for my pups comfort in the basket to block his fluffy tail from the back wheel. Off to the park we went. I took this camping and we were able to ride it throughout the entire campground. I The weight of this scooter was a huge concern for me. I need to be able to load this into my SUV by myself. This scooter is just the right weight for me. We can travel anywhere to go for a ride. I’m so glad I bought this scooter. I only wish it had a key to deter people from trying to steal it. I bought a lock. Oh… my Pup loves to ride with me on this!

I bought this scooter to cruise around my neighborhood and to go to nearby convenient stores, parks, events, etc. I love it. The seat is comfy. I also chose it because it has folding pegs that you can rest your feet on. It has a small rear basket and the deck basket is sturdy. You could fit one packed grocery bag or two (depending on how full) in a pinch. I was a bit apprehensive seeing it had no shocks, but to my surprise, the air filled tires/comfy seat combo works well. It rides nice and the brakes are sufficient. Acceleration is ok for what it is. All in all I consider it a great E-scooter. It seems well built, comfortable, quiet and can get you places much faster than walking. It can climb short, slight inclines, although I would say conquer those closer to full battery status. Once you get down to 1 or 2 blocks left of battery life, the power decreases and you won't be able to reach the top speed. Just something to be mindful of. With that being said, I definitely recommend this scooter especially if you're not in to going faster speeds. It's uses are as good as you can make them!

I purchased this due to the higher weight rating hoping it would last longer. Its been a great scooter we use for our camping trips. The speed adjustments are great so the kids don't go too fast.

I got my scooter a little bit before Thanksgiving, it is a very good scooter, goes 19 smoothly and gets up to speed pretty fast even for me being 240, but a week after I got it I was unfortunately hit by a car who wasn't paying attention so I wasn't able to ride it for a bit but luckily I am healed up more so I'm going to be riding my scooter some more as it was barely damaged in the accident, just a little scratch and a small dent on the wheel guard other than that it works just like new still, definitely recommend this scooter, hoping to try out a more powerful one eventually though!

We purchased this scooter for my in-laws to use when traveling in their RV because every time they need to run a quick errand to a store or the markets, they would have to pick up their camp area and close the RV to use it to get to said shops/stores. They have been using it a few weeks now on their recent camping trip and so far they have been loving the scooter! The scooter is the perfect size for my mother in law and the little basket works great for holding a couple shopping/grocery bags for the quick trips she has taken it on. Even my father in law who was hesitant about being able to handle his weight/height has used it to get to the little lakes close to their campsites to do a little fishing! They haven't had any issues so far and have even recommended it to a few of their other RV travel buddies because it's been working so well for them!

The Bogist M5 elite Electric Scooter has become fun and useful for short commutes around town for me. With its long range of 40 km, I can easily use it to run some errands and back home without worrying about recharging the battery. The maximum speed is perfect for cruising around town, and the pneumatic tire provides a smooth ride, even on bumpy roads.

This scooter works perfectly for what i needed! super easy to put together, came fully charged, and is quite heavy duty. for reference i am a 5’11 man probably 190 lbs and i love the size of it. i was worried it would feel to small but it’s super comfortable. i can zip around town in just a few minutes now. it’s very quiet and speeds up nicely, loses some steam on hills but i still got up them just fine. battery life is great, brakes are very strong and nice, it can handle small potholes and bumps like a champ, and the lights are quite bright. overall great commuter scooter!

Unboxing and assembly was a breeze. The only thing you have to actually screw on is the basket, which is well built, light weight and good looking, but way too small especially with the sides angling inward. I replaced it with a 13" x 11" x 5" basket from the Container Store with straight sides. I attached it with wire ties and it works great to carry a bag of ice, a bag of groceries or a take out order of food. I will probably screw it down later. It is sturdy, well made and weights less than 50 pounds, making it easy to carry if need be. The adjustable rear suspension is a nice addition.

Purchased 2 of these for my wife + myself for putting around the campsite. They arrived within 2 days! Packaging was very good and the scooters are easy to assemble. They zip along pretty good, although you won't win any races with them! We had electric bikes a few years ago but wanted something smaller + less expensive. I think these are a bargain at this price! Recommended!

Have been using this scooter around Philly for a bit over a month now and I'm a big fan. Easy to lock up to any bike rack with a U-lock, and the basket on the back makes it great for running to the grocery store. I feel confident riding in traffic. The wheels are able to handle Philly's terrible roads reasonably, but sometimes you'll want to stand up if you can't avoid a big bump. I've made a few mods including a better bell, a rear view mirror, and adding a rear light. I would like to make the basket taller next. It can reasonably hold 1 large canvas shopping bag, which I strap down with bungee cords and haven't lost any items yet. Love it!!

Overall everything works, found out that to turn off light in the front is to turn the key on like a car, the first click turns the light off. One problem the tires are pneumatic you don't have solid tires for this scooter

This scooter folds down quickly so I can load it in the car. It's handy for running errands at campgrounds. When I received it I would loose air in the front tire over a few days. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new tube for the tire. That fixed the problem.

Bought this on a black Friday sale mainly for my wife who is 5 feet tall. She had trouble with previous electric bikes and scooters but this one is rated for kids. The seat really adjusts quickly for taller and shorter people with an easy screw clamp. It charged up quickly and we took it for a quick run. Hopefully it will last for a long time. Assembly was really easy too. Just watch a YouTube video if you need to.

The scooter arrived quickly and was packaged well. There was no damage and it was pretty easy to put together. And the battery came fully charged so that was nice to be able to use it right away. We took this little scooter with us camping and the entire family had fun with it. It did really well on the flat surfaces and even made it up and down the hills around the campground. And we attached a bike trailer to pull the kids behind and it worked! The motor is more powerful than I was expecting. The battery did last awhile but had to be charged up more frequently since we were pulling a trailer. Not a huge deal, but the charging does take awhile.

App installiert, Grundeinstellung mit Losungswort vorgenommen, das alles in 15 Minuten. Nach 20 min. war ich draußen und ab geht die Post. Solide verarbeitet, top Qualität zu einem Hammer Preis! Läuft wie eine Rakete. Geschwindigkeit ist der Hammer

The company reached out to us and offered to send replacement parts once we shared the error code with them and few pictures. We were able to replace the parts with the help of a DYI video link they shared. It’s all good now. We really appreciate their prompt support. Great customer service. Updating my rating to 4 stars. I LOVE THIS THING, ITS SO FUN! easy set up, easy to fold down and carry with you, easily fits in a car backseat and definitely in a trunk. it will take you as far as others mention. Think about puechasing a scootet with a larger battery, I use it to park further away in the city for affordable parking.

This is a great scooter so far and I have been through at least 3 other scooters in this price range. I have 4 kids who all tried them out and they all agreed this is the best one. The most important issues for me when shopping were the following in order of importance: 1. Battery Life If you have to constantly recharge, it's a no go. This scooter so far has been fantastic. We have been several miles and show only one bar down. Obviously for children and their weight it goes even further. Very happy with this. 2. Speed We returned the first scooters I tried because they only got up to 15.5 MPH, which is just not quite fast enough to be fun on straightaways. But this one gets to 20-23 MPH, which is about the fastest you want your 8-16 years olds riding at, so it's perfect. 3. Ride Quality We returned the last scooter, which did well on these metrics, but the suspension was a joke. the ride quality is so clearly better than the other scooters.

I initially ordered the scooter for my grandkids. I received it, went for a ride and it was mine. 🤭😁 I will be 65 in two months and this is the most fun I've had in my entire life. I try to ride everyday. I ride around my neighborhood and each round I'll say, this will be my last time and when I finally make it back home, I'll pass my house up and keep riding. My grandchildren will ask to ride and I'll say ok. And as soon as I come back around, I'll keep going😁 I even ride at night on the sidewalk. Just turn the light on and that's it. My husband, children and grandchildren all ride it. I cant wait to wake up each morning so I can ride my scooter 😁 so dont wait, I highly recommend it.

I recently purchased the BOGIST M5 Elite Electric Scooter with Seat for Adult Commuter to use to get around my large suburban home owner association neighborhood, quick trips to the local grocery store and to get my pool water tested, amongst other local errands. In conclusion, I have to say this scooter is quite impressive. It has given me an easier way to traverse my large neighborhood. For instance, I used to drive the 2.5 miles to the neighborhood clubhouse daily to workout in the gym, but now hop on my BOGIST M5 Elite electric scooter saving money in fuel and wear and tear on my vehicle. Added bonus less greenhouse gas emissions too! If you are on the fence, let me assure you, you will not be disappointed.

I have a lot of steep hills so I was looking for something to tackle that. It does ok. It’s stated to be able to do 20% incline. Have to walk it the last 10% of hills. It’s speed is also ok

Easy to put together Well built Fast enough, so I don't kill myself, if some idiot pretends not to see me. The kick part is easy enough that even a guy like me can do it with no real effort. A real gas saver, and with the price of gas going up, this could pay for itself very soon.

This scooter has some power! It’s able to go uphill and can handle some uphill on grass too, although it’s not made for that. When my husband was evaluating this for speed/weight, he forgot to calculate the weight of his work bag, too, which does slow it down a little. It charges easily and so far has been working well.

First let me say this is my first electric scooter, ever. I had originally been looking at another model scooter made by the same brand (Bogist) and had it in my shopping cart for a few weeks. Wanting to make a purchase, I browsed thru the other products from this brand and noticed this one was priced competitively lower than the rest.. thus placing it entirely within my budget. And i figured, if it was crap I wouldn't be out the full price. This thing exceeded expectations..Solid build. Super happy customer

I got this to ride at a new park they build by my residence. I wanted something that was made for an adult but not real bulky and after researching I found this model. I am extremely pleased with it; it’s not too heavy, I can load and unload from my vehicle within a lot of effort. It folds down really easy with a single lever; others I spoke with that have scooters complained about how hard theirs was, so happy this is simple. When riding the thumb lever adjusts the speed smoothly and it goes pretty fast with me on it, and it breaks softly for me. I have been able to ride it several times for a couple hours before charging, so I am very happy with that, I just let it charge overnight so not sure how fast it takes. Great adult scooter and I am very happy and would recommend it.

This scooter performs well for my 5 mile commute to work (10 miles round trip). I was hesitant to go with this brand, as it had only a few reviews, but so far I'm very pleased. I've only done six or so commutes, so I can't say anything about it's longevity, except it is very solid so I'm not worried about it breaking in that regard. Time will tell how the batteries last.

Screw in the handle bars and tighten on the brakes and it's ready to ride. Even came 75% charged so I was able to try it out right out of the box. It is really fast. 23mph downhill with a slight grade. Slows quite a bit on long/steep hills but that is expected. Brakes are very sensitive and take a bit of practice to get the hang of. Seems a lot heavier than 25 pounds to me. But I only carry it in and out of the house/work so it's not an issue for me. Only had it a week. So we'll see what the longevity and reliability are like down the road.

I got this scooter a couple of days back. I had done a lot of research and finally bought this. For the price and the features it is fantastic. I took it out for a longish spin. Did about 7 miles and still had about quarter battery life left. . At 180 lbs this seemed like a good enough speed. It comes almost fully assembled - you only have to screw in the handles. My only other experience with scooters has been with the rental ones. I, very quickly, realized that those scooters are a different animal. The rental ones are heavier and more stable and you feel safe. This one was lighter and so felt a bit more difficult to manage but I learnt the ropes after a few rides. I plan to ride it only in 2nd gear at around 11 mph. This is a comfortable speed for a 60 year old. Overall - I love this mode of transport and plan to cruise various parts of the city. Giving it 4 stars. Reserving a 5 star review after I have used it for 3 months or so. I plan to post another review a few months.

Been using this for about a week, so far better than my previous scooter, ride is much smoother. I travel a lot in the city it proforms well in traffic and on uneven roads; I think its because of the good proformance wheels and breaking system. My travel speed is about 19 mph the motor did not struggle. It handles well on turns but maybe challenging on turns were thr road is wet. I use it mainly for my part time delivery job in the city, after 4 hours usage battery goes down to about 50% power, battery life is great. The small form charger makes it convenient to carry so I charge it on my break time. Thou it does take awhile to get full charge.

Fast! Love the Headlights and taillight, hand brake and display. Amazing value for the money! My 11 year old loves it! It has a wide Platform and smooth ride, this will even take him back and forth to the soccer fields.

The scooter was really easy to assemble. Simple to use, and has a lot of power for the price. It can get you up a hill easily, something that isn’t the case for a lot of other scooters in this price range.

This M5 elite scooter is super cool! It goes smoothly. I hardly charge it because it can go for days -climes up hills very easily., no bumps. Folding it is easy, a. Great scooter, and lastly it's affordable.

I purchased this scooter for my daughter for Christmas.. She is 5ft 11in and weighs 165lbs and this is absolutely perfect for her. The scooter is well built and preforms wonderfully. She enjoys it every day going around the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this scooter to everyone!!

There are some things I liked about this scooter which is why I shelled out the money for it. Front and back brakes were important for me. I wanted something sturdy for my larger frame and adjustable speeds for riding in busy city traffic

This scooter has some power! It’s able to go uphill and can handle some uphill on grass too, although it’s not made for that. It charges easily and so far has been working well.

M5 elite Received in good time, good quality/sturdy material/equipment, easy read instruction booklet (not just folded piece of paper with drawings), easy assembly (even for an older lady), fully charged within about 4 hours. Quick release seat post, handle bar & stem. Smooth riding and quick. So far, very pleased with purchase.

I gave it 5 stars Other than that I think it's excellent worth of money happy with my purchase. Let you go to the neighborhood gas station liquor store market whatever quickly and come back without walking and no hardly know battery life used put it back on the charger for a few seconds soon as you come in and it's ready to go again it's great...👍👍

BOGIST M5 Elite So far this is a great scooter. Powers up steep hills and I am not a skinny person. I ride it all over the city I live in. I have not had to stop to charge before continuing on my journey.
