If the product has a major quality problem and cannot be repaired, you can choose to refund within 14 days or exchange the product within 30 days . We can provide repairs service in the UK, and EU, we have our own the UK repairs site and Germany warehouse,and the USA warehouse for repairs and return. Before get the repairs service, you need contact our sales-after stuff via email: [email protected], ship the product to the designated location, use our shipment sheet for return in order to tracking the order conveniently.

180 DAYS ACCESSORY PROVIDE WARRANTY

For products that are more than 14 days and less than 180 days, we only provide accessories and general maintenance services. Due to the products used more than 14 days, we cannot sell the returned products, so we do not provide refund services. Only provide half a price refund, wish you can understand
