Warranty of Returning Products Within 30 Days of Purchase
From the day that customer get the product, AOVOSTORE provides a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee, which means that if your products has quality problems, we will arrange an exchange or refund within 30 days. The specific process is as follows:
Within 14 days, if the customer’s PRODUCTS has quality problems and wants a refund, AOVOSTORE needs to offer the postage. If the product is obviously artificially damaged, the customer will offer the freight, When the E-Scooter is sent back to our Europe warehouse (Germany or The UK warehouse), we will arrange a refund for the customer.
Within 30 days, if the customer’s E-Scooter has a quality problem and cannot be resolved through maintenance, and the customer wishes to exchange it, AOVOSTORE can bear the postage, and we will ship a new E-Scooter to the customer.
3. Accessories Provide
Within 90 days, if there is a small problem with the AOVOSTORE’s product, we can provide accessories shipping service to solve the product quality problem in time

Note: If you purchase products on www.aovostore.com for more than 30 days and within 90 days, we can provide a half-price refund service, not a full refund service, customers need to send E-Scooter back to our warehouse, After we confirm receipt of the products, we will refund the customer on time.

The AOVO product is produced for sale in the United Kingdom and Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, The USA. The AOVO Warranty for customers who intend to use it outside of the United Kingdom and Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, The USA is not applicable. AOVOSTORE products produced for and sold in international channels are warranted as applicable in such foreign countries. Contact us at https://www.aovostore.com/contact-aovo/ for more details regarding AOVO products that require service, were purchased in the United States, and are now outside the United States. On these products, which require service, consumers are responsible for all costs including shipping, taxes, duties of replacement parts and local power adaptors at the owner’s expense.
AOVO can ship to most addresses in the United Kingdom and Ireland, France, Germany, Spain. Note that there are some restrictions that may apply. Please check out our shipping restrictions below.
Please double check your address for accuracy when ordering from aovostore.com. An incorrectly entered addresses can delay or prevent shipment.
All shipping costs for returns and exchanges within the first 30 days after purchase are paid for by the customer. Customers requesting exchanges under the warranty program are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you purchase multiple items AOVOSTORE will try to ship together, however, due to weight and dimension limitations some multiple orders will be shipped the same day but in separate packaging.
We are unable to accept any additional payment for expedited shipping. Please see our Delivery Times Below.
If your item is in stock it will ship within 1-3 business days of approved and cleared payment. Orders are processed in order of receipt and upon approved payment. If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted it will be back ordered. Back ordering generally adds an additional 2-10 business days. If the item will not be in stock within the backorder time period, you will have the option to wait for a back-order, modify the order, or cancel the order with a full refund. AOVOSTORE does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other area outside of the contiguous 48 lower United States.

AOVO cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
AOVO cannot ship to a commercial mailbox similar to a Mail Boxes Etc®. Please provide an actual street address.
When the carrier returns these undeliverable packages to us we issue a full refund excluding shipping charges. Please allow 30 days for a refund to your credit card account.
These undeliverable packages will not be reshipped. A new order must be placed for the item. Please review our Address Accuracy tips above before placing another order.
The decision to label a shipment as undeliverable is made by the carrier usually for one of the following reasons:
