From the date of delivery, if the product has a battery problem within 30 days, for example, it cannot be turned on, AOVO can provide free repair service in terms of the battery problem, cos we have repairs site in the UK and wearehouse in Germany.

【2】 Warranty of Returning Products Within 30 Days of Purchase

From the day that customers get the product, AOVOSTORE provides a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee, which means that if your products has quality problems, we will arrange an exchange or refund within 30 days. The specific process is as follows:

1. Refund:

Within 14 days, if the customer’s PRODUCTS has quality problems and wants a refund, AOVOSTORE needs to offer the postage. If the product is obviously artificially damaged, the customer will offer the freight, When the E-Scooter is sent back to our Europe warehouse (Germany or The USA warehouse), we will arrange a refund for the customer. Generally speaking, we will refund to customer via credit card payment.

When you initiate a refund, we will submit a refund application to your payment bank within 1-2 working day, and the bank will process the refund to your payment card within 2-5 working days. Counting from the date the customer initiates the refund, the refund will usually be received within 3~ 7 working days.

2. Replacement:

Within 30 days, if the customer’s E-Scooter has a quality problem and cannot be resolved through maintenance, and the customer wishes to exchange it, AOVOSTORE can bear the postage, and we will ship a new E-Scooter to the customer.

Delivery time

If your item is in stock it will ship within 1-3 business days of approved and cleared payment. Orders are processed in order of receipt and upon approved payment. If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted it will be back-ordered. Back ordering generally adds an additional 2-10 business days. If the item will not be in stock within the backorder time period, you will have the option to wait for a back order, modify the order, or cancel the order with a full refund.

AOVO Only can ship orders to the countries: the UK, Ireland, The USA, EU countries such as Germany, France, Finland, Greece, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Sweeden, Switzerland, Poland, etc. AOVO can not ship orders to the places: Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Russia will not accept product or product part orders being shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska.

AOVO cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Commercial Mailboxes

AOVO cannot ship to a commercial mailbox similar to a Mail Boxes Etc®. Please provide an actual street address.

Undeliverable packages

When the carrier returns these undeliverable packages to us we issue a full refund excluding shipping charges. Please allow 30 days for a refund to your credit card account.

These undeliverable packages will not be reshipped. A new order must be placed for the item. Please review our Address Accuracy tips above before placing another order.

The decision to label a shipment as undeliverable is made by the carrier usually for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect address

If an address is incorrect or incomplete the package will be returned by the carrier. Please be careful when entering your address and proofread it for any mistakes before submitting your order.

Refused by recipient

From the date of making the order, if the customer does not receive the product ordered within 20 days, AOVO will contact the customer, refund the customer directly, and ask the customer to reject the delayed delivery products, the product will be returned to AOVO warehouse following the original shipment route
