This is a great bike with a great price point. Shipped quick and assembly was a breeze. Although the cold weather has prevented us from being able to take it out for a longer ride, my wife absolutely loves the pedal assist and the option to go full electric for those pesky hills.

Additionally, the company reached out to me to ensure we were happy with our purchase, which says a lot about their customer service.

Will update this review once we’re able to get it out for a real ride.

Excellent bike! Easy assembly durability is hard to say right now it’s still too new. Sometimes I do ride it like it’s a motorcycle so if it breaks, that’s my fault.

Excellent source for transportation when your license is revoked. You can maintain speed limits and don’t have to use the bike lane.

This has been interesting finalizing the assembly. Like others have said the directions are a bit less than one would hope however my problems were mostly due to my own lack of knowledge of bicycles. The bike came out of the box with the forks reversed, facing backwards. I hadn’t a clue about that and it wasn’t until I tried mounting the light that it became evident. Another gotcha was I didn’t slow down enough in my haste to see the small on/off switch on the battery. That caused a message to be sent to tech support thinking I had received a bad battery. After a sleepless night wondering how a battery replacement would be handled this morning I looked all over the battery for a possible fuse and final noticed the on/off switch. Note to self: Slow down next time! All seems well. Impressed with the bike overall. When the rain stops I’ll try actually riding it!

I’ve been really happy with the bike overall. It feels smooth and stable to ride, and the tires help a lot on rough roads, gravel, and uneven pavement. The motor has enough power for everyday riding and hills, and the pedal assist feels pretty natural instead of too jumpy.

The battery life has also been solid, and the display is simple once you get used to it. My only real complaint is that the bike is a little heavy.

Overall, I think the M2 is a e-bike that gives a lot of value for the price.

Best thing ive bought in 20 years. Exceeded my expectations. Never thought id get an E bike this nice for the price .

Purchased the ebike last week. It was delivered right on time and was easy to assemble. It is very zippy and fun to ride. My only suggestion would be to have the directions for the control panel a little clearer to understand. I did call customer support and they walked me right through how to reset the trip odometer. Great bike and great value. I was so pleased with the bike that I just purchased a second one for my wife.

First off the packaging it top self these bikes were very well protected inside the box very happy

The bikes are well built and easy to put together the tool kit has everything you need to get the job done, took longer to unpackaged them than put them together, and that’s not a bad thing.

If want a electric bike these are it we love them ,went to the beach I rode them 10 miles .make sure you check and recheck all fasteners enjoy

After extensive resarch we decide to buy the M1 & M2 combo. The bikes arrived a day of each other within the time frame of delivery. Well packaged and easy to assemble. After assembly and charging the battery, the first trial run was awesome!! These bikes are pretty stout and comfortable since I weigh 240lbs. I have already installed a fishing pole holder on it to run to my local saltwater spot. Thank you

They arrived 4 days earlier than estimated and in good condition! Assembled in about an hour and took them for a spin! Tons of power and feels very smooth. Would definitly buy them again!

Wow, shipped quick, flawless packaging and quick assembly! driver helped to bring it to my backyard workshop so I could unbox and assemble it. Wish I had his name because I really appreciated the delivery and especially his "over and above service". Can't wait to get it into the woods and trails!

Got the M2 Pro for exercise. I am 70 and was concerned about having a physical problem on the road and not being able to get back home but the ebike solves that issue. I am over 250 lbs and the M2 works great. My wife and I ride about 40 min, 5 times a week. Spending most time in PAS 1, about 40% of the time using the lights, I get about 60 miles per charge. I fully charge the battery and recharge it when it gets down to 1 bar (about 20%) left on the charge indicator. If you have to go off the road the tires feel very stable for me (I grew up on dirt bikes).work very well.

I think the bike is really great. I’m a big dude ‘around 400 lbs, 6’4 height’ and this bike is serving its purpose. I have put about 60 miles on it so far and it’s good.
All in all I don’t regret purchasing the bike. It’s definitely worth the money.

Opening the box, everything appeared to be very well contained and in good shape. The wire ties were all securly holding the bike and parts together and there looked to be plenty of packing material. Proceeded to assemble the bike and everything went very well. Nothing missing and the bike looked very nice. I did have one issue with one of the holes that you screw the front fender bracket to was in bad shape. The threads in the hole looked to be damaged and I actually cut my finger trying to clean it up. Since the threads were damaged, the screw would not hold the fendor bracket. Luckily, I have lots of extra bolts and screws and I found one that looked almost identical but had larger threads... and it worked!

The style is sleek and amazing. I opted for the black one. Simply because I didn’t want to be recognized much. I didn’t want people saying all here. He goes with that guy in the blue biker green bike. Most people have a black bike.I just want to blend in.

Anyways, the bike is pretty freaking heavy. I’m a strong guy now I have back problems but even so I still say it’ll take a bit of effort. I do take it up 18 steps of stairs every single day so I do have to carry it.

Bike is great functional and quality and not very hard to assemble, Customer service has been great

I ordered the M2 Pro Ebike, so far I am very pleased. The packaging was very secure and well wrapped with foam sheets and lots of styrofoam blocks for securing in transit. Assembly was very easy if you have just a little mechanical ingenuity. Just looked at the assembly bike and very straightforward. Just secure the front tire and handlebars and both fenders and you’re on your way. I am typical male very briefly read instructions so I turned it on jumped on and went for a ride without full knowledge of operation and wow was I impressed. Very well-made and stout bike,

This Bike was very well crafted, perfect for riding in the city. Very good value for the money. It is heavier than a normal bike but I was able to lift it into a van. Honestly it seemed to be an almost perfect design for low speed roads and sidewalks and offroading.
